High achievers on regional level

Twelve leading retail businesses across Australia have been recognised for their outstanding performance and contribution to agriculture at the 2025 Nutrien Ag Solutions and CRT Awards, with two Queensland businesses taking out wins.

Nutrien Ag Solutions managing director Adrian Capogreco, announced the winners at a gala dinner in Queensland, celebrating excellence across the network.

“Congratulations to our 2025 award recipients, the businesses recognised this year have delivered outstanding service and support over the past 12 months,” Adrian said.

“In a year with shifting markets and tough seasonal conditions, these businesses have adapted and kept moving forward to deliver excellence.”

Nutrien’s Head of Independents, Rebecca Gay, recognised the achievements of Northside Produce by awarding them CRT Queensland Business of the Year.

“Northside Produce in North Bundaberg continues to set the standard for service excellence in Queensland, as a finalist for this award two years in a row, Rebecca said.

“Under Brian Gordon’s leadership, the team has built strong community connections through local field days and tailored solutions, helping customers grow with confidence.“

Brian said the award has been a long time coming.

“This award is recognition of a lot of hard work over a long period of time.

“We have to look forward around innovation and safety as we stay committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients,” Brian said.

“These awards are a testament to the teams that continue to go above and beyond for their customers, communities, and our industry while demonstrating a proactive approach to safety,” Adrian said.
