Legacy hosts lunch

Bundaberg Legacy recently hosted a delightful Christmas in July lunch for their widows, made even more special by the generous contributions from local businesses and their dedicated volunteers.

Bundaberg Legacy president Len Gordon said they extend their heartfelt thanks to Trudi, Jodie and the team at the Bundaberg Services Club for providing a fantastic venue and to the band One Flesh for entertaining their guests with their wonderful music.

“A special thank you to Kalki Moon, Van Cooten’s Drapery Howard and Community Favour for donating awesome raffle prizes, ensuring happy prize winners,“ Mr Gordon said.

“Finally, our sincere appreciation goes to our volunteer Legatees for their tireless efforts in making this event a success, your dedication and hard work continue to make a positive impact on the lives of our widows.

“Thank you to everyone who contributed to this memorable event, your support truly makes a difference in our community.“
